Why this structure works

Busan’s official tourism guide demonstrates that an east-to-west highlights day is possible, but it is long even when starting inside the city. For a same-day rail visitor, the stronger choice is to protect time around Busan Station and experience one connected district properly.

Before you build the timetable

Reserve enough time to return to Busan Station; do not plan around the final train of the day.
Choose either Songdo or a longer market-and-tower sequence rather than forcing every stop.
Check the weather before making an outdoor viewpoint the centre of the day.
