The story
Why this place matters
Jeonpo Gonggu Street grew from a working district of tool and hardware shops. As that trade declined, small operators began adapting older units into cafés, restaurants, studios and gift shops, leaving traces of the street’s industrial texture in place.
The result is less a single attraction than a walkable pocket of reused spaces beside Seomyeon. Its value comes from wandering slowly and noticing how new businesses sit among the remaining workshops.
Fit it into your trip
Use Jeonpo as part of a central-Busan day rather than travelling here for one venue. It works well before or after Seomyeon shopping, and individual shops should be checked separately because turnover and opening days vary.
